1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and/or services by Direct Trade Aluminium (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to our trade customers (“you”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made by us to you and supersede any other terms and conditions previously agreed upon unless expressly agreed in writing by us.

3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any order without the obligation to assign any reason for so doing.
No order shall be deemed accepted by us until we have confirmed it in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment
Prices shall be as indicated on our price list or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms shall be on placing order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

5. Delivery
Delivery terms shall be confirmed at point of order. We shall use reasonable efforts to meet delivery dates but shall not be liable for any delay in delivery.
Risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

6. Quality and Warranty
We warrant that our products and/or services will meet their description and be of satisfactory quality.
Any claims for defective products must be made on the same day after receipt of goods.

7. Liability
Our total liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with this agreement shall be limited to the price of the products or services supplied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the products or services provided shall remain our property.

9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted online and will take effect immediately.

12. Availability
These Terms and Conditions are available on request and are issued to our trade customers upon establishing a trade relationship.
